How to Request a Refund
Initiating a refund is straightforward. Simply follow the steps below and our support team will take care of the rest.

If you wish to return the item, you are responsible for return shipping and may use the courier of your choice. We will provide you with our return address.

We will send you an email confirmation once your refund has been approved and processed.
Please note: The total refund amount does not include the original shipping fee.
Damaged Items
If you believe your item was damaged in shipping, please contact us within 5 days of delivery and we will send you a replacement at no additional cost.
Important: Damage claims submitted after 5 days of delivery may not be eligible for a replacement.
